SIMMOTION SIMULATION
Privacy policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Simmotion Simulation is an independently operated, fan-made browser game. The game can be played without an account. Google AdSense code is installed on each page to verify the site for ad review. The game-over interstitial integration is prepared but disabled pending separate H5 Games Ads approval. The site describes the current code; advertising disclosures and consent settings must be reviewed again when advertising goes live.
Operator and contact
For questions about privacy, data or game support, contact lgoodbin25@gmail.com. Additional operator information may be necessary depending on applicable law and hosting arrangements.
Game data and first-party storage
- Gameplay: survival time, number of balls and returns are calculated in your browser. There are no player accounts or server-based leaderboards. Results are not uploaded to a game-owned server.
- Share your result: when a run ends, a formatted text result is generated on your device. Pressing “Copy Result” requests access to copy that text to your clipboard. It is shared only when you choose to paste or send it elsewhere; we do not automatically post it.
- Privacy preference:
simmotion.privacy.v1records whether you opted into saved personal bests and the date of your choice; it expires in our application logic after 180 days. - Optional personal best:
simmotion.personalBest.v1is saved in browser local storage only if you agree. It contains your best survival time and returns, not a name or account identifier. You can revoke the choice or erase the score in Privacy settings. - Hosting: the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, user agents, request timestamps and related technical information to serve and secure the website. Cloudflare's retention and precise practices are described in its own policies.
Google AdSense and third parties
This site loads Google's AdSense script from pagead2.googlesyndication.com for ownership verification and preparation for site review (publisher ID ca-pub-9931064292825291). Loading the script contacts Google and may involve collection or sharing of technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, and identifiers. Google may use cookies, pixels, IP addresses or similar technologies even if the site is not yet showing visible advertisements. If ads are enabled, Google and other advertising partners may place or read cookies and use information to deliver, measure, limit frequency of, and personalize ads, subject to their settings and the user's choices.
For details, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services, Google's Privacy Policy, and Google's ad settings. Google, not this game, determines retention of data collected by its services. The site's operator does not receive Google-held raw personal information through the game code.
Consent and advertising choices
The on-site Privacy settings panel controls only optional personal-best storage. It is not advertising consent and does not turn the Google script on or off. Before using Google advertising for traffic where regional rules require it, the operator must configure an appropriate consent management platform (including a Google-certified IAB TCF CMP for ad serving in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), publish the required regional messages, and provide any applicable US state opt-outs. Those account-level advertising consent features must be published in your AdSense account; they cannot be activated merely by uploading this ZIP. Do not treat it as a completed advertising-compliance implementation.
Planned game-over advertising
Following separate approval for Google's H5 Games Ads program, the game may offer an interstitial ad between finished runs, when the player chooses to play again. No ad interrupts live gameplay. Whether an ad is served is determined by Google, eligibility, frequency, availability and applicable privacy choices. The interstitial integration is currently disabled in the site's code. Advertising consent is separate from optional local score storage.
Cookies, retention and your rights
The game's own JavaScript uses first-party local storage, not cookies. Google and hosting providers may use their own cookies or identifiers. See the Cookie and storage policy for details. You can clear browser storage or disable personal-best saving at any time. Where applicable law gives you rights to access, delete, correct or object to processing, contact the operator above. For Google's processing, use Google's privacy tools as well.
Children
The site is for a general audience and does not deliberately ask children for identifying information. The operator must review applicable children's privacy requirements before targeting children or enabling personalized advertising.
Changes
This policy will be updated when hosting, ad serving, partners, or data practices change. Contact lgoodbin25@gmail.com with questions.
